Products
Each Lenna piece is handcrafted using precious metals and natural stones. Because of the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and stone characteristics are natural and are not considered defects. Product images are intended to represent each design as accurately as possible, though colors may vary between screens.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Made-to-order and custom pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Pricing
Prices may be updated at any time without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Lenna is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Repairs
Returns, exchanges, resizing, and repair services are governed by our separate Returns & Resizes Policy.
Intellectual Property
All jewelry designs, photography, product descriptions, logos, artwork, and website content are the property of Lenna and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lenna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
