Shipping

Each Lenna piece is either made to order or one of a kind.

Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to ship.

Ready-to-ship pieces will ship within one week of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and are fully insured while in transit.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. If your order cannot be located after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to begin a trace or file a claim.

Local pickup in Brooklyn, New York is available at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the destination.

Shipping charges paid at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional fees that may be required by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If duties or taxes are required, your local customs office or shipping carrier will contact you before delivery. Lenna is unable to estimate or reimburse these charges.

International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other unforeseen delays. Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the jewelry they purchase complies with any import regulations in their destination country.
