Returns

Each Lenna piece is either made to order or one of a kind, and is created specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, exchanges or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis. International orders and custom pieces are final sale.

Ring Resizing

If your piece arrives in the correct size but feels slightly too tight or too loose, we are happy to offer resizing services whenever possible.

Depending on the design, a resize may involve adjusting the existing piece or creating a new one. Some styles cannot be resized due to their construction and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Sterling silver ring resizing is available for $50. Bracelet and necklace adjustments are also available for $50, where possible.

Gold ring resizing is available for $100. Bracelet and necklace adjustments are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on the design and work required.

Customers are responsible for shipping their piece back to our studio for resizing. If an incorrect size was ordered, resizing requests will follow the pricing listed above.

For sterling silver pieces, resizing requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

At this time, we are unable to offer resizing services for orders shipped outside of the United States. In these cases, we recommend working with a trusted local jeweler.
